Metroline Fascia Gutter and Capping

Metroll's Fascia gutter is designed with a square profile to match the fascia, it features high carrying capacity and comes with a return on rear gutter for fixing to roof sheeting. This fascia gutter is suited for shed, carport and patio applications. Square fronted gutters are designed to hide the ends of roof sheets and have slots in them to help the water overflow freely in heavy rain without entering the roof space.

SPECIFICATIONS

Metroll's Fascia gutter is manufactured form BlueScope Steel Zincalume® and Colorbond® Steel. For use in both industrial and residential situations. Designed to blend flawlessly with the metal fascia used. Available in a plain or slotted finish. A slotted finish prevents water backflow in case of gutter or downpipe blockage.

USAGE

Metroll can supply Fascia Gutter up to a maximum length of 9 meters depending on availability of delivery. Please contact us about delivery of longer lengths above 12 meters. Lengths to be manufactured by Metroll should be site measurements, not those taken off plans.

Important Information regarding Gutters and Roof Drainage System Design:

The design and installation of guttering and downpipe systems needs to comply with the Building Code of Australia and referenced Australian Standards AS/NZS 3500 part 3 and AS/NZS 3500 part 5; as well as the Plumbing Code of Practice for your state. For more information about the relevant standards, please consult the office of Fair Training NSW website and their brochure on overflow measures for residential gutters or your local Fair Trading Authority. Further information can also be found from the Australian Steel Institute in their document "Requirements for Overflow Measures for “High Front” Quad Gutters".

The Legislation in some states (including New South Wales) requires that all gutter and downpipe installations be undertaken by a suitably licensed installer. (In New South Wales this means an installer who holds a current certificate issued by the NSW Office of Fair Trading.) Please refer to relevant Government agency for further details.
